PRIVACY NOTICE / 2 OCTOBER 2026
Privacy notice.
This website records expressions of interest while Cornerstone Conservation is being established.
What the form records
Your name, email address, chosen interest, optional town or area, message, date of submission and agreement to be contacted are stored in the website’s enquiry records. The project organiser can review these records. Enquiries are not displayed publicly.
What happens next
The details are used, with your agreement, to understand interest in Cornerstone, help shape the programme and contact you about your enquiry. The optional town or area helps us understand where people would like to take part. Submitting the form does not book a place, create a membership or add you to an automated marketing list. No automatic email is sent.
Questions or changes
You can use the enquiry form and select “A question about my information” to ask for your enquiry to be corrected or removed. Include the email address used for your original enquiry so the organiser can identify it.
The map
When event locations are available, the events map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. The map is not loaded while there are no upcoming events. Loading the map sends the usual web request information, including your IP address, to that provider. Your form details are not sent to OpenStreetMap. The map does not request your device’s location.
Who handles enquiries
Cornerstone Conservation is being established by Christian Montez. Enquiries are stored in this website’s database for the project organiser to review. They are not forwarded automatically to an email inbox.
Keeping your information
Enquiries remain in the website’s records until the organiser removes them. Automatic deletion and a fixed retention period have not yet been set up. You can ask for your details to be removed through the enquiry form.
The organisation’s formal contact details, dedicated privacy contact and retention arrangements are still being finalised. This page will be updated as those arrangements are confirmed. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
